If you contact us via contact form or email, we collect personal data that you voluntarily provide. The data collected depends on the respective contact form or email, but generally includes:

We use this data exclusively to process your inquiry and to get in touch with you. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in communication with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, or, if it concerns the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

 

2.3 When Creating a Customer Account and for Contract Fulfillment

If you create a customer account or place an order, we collect personal data required to fulfill the contract. These include:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Payment information

We process this data to fulfill the contract with you. After fulfilling the contract or deleting your customer account, we continue to store the data in order to comply with legal retention obligations, and then delete them in accordance with legal requirements.

 

3. Data Processing for Order Fulfillment

3.1 Cooperation with Service Providers

To fulfill your order, we cooperate with various service providers, such as transport and payment service providers. Your personal data that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract will be forwarded to these service providers. This includes:

  • Shipping information to the transport company

  • Payment information to the payment institution

The transfer of your data takes place only to the necessary extent and based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

3.2 Use of Payment Service Providers

We work with the following payment service providers:

  • PayPal: If you pay with PayPal or a PayPal-provided payment method, your payment data will be forwarded to PayPal. PayPal may perform a credit check if you choose certain payment methods.

  • Wix Payments: If you pay via Wix Payments, your payment data will be forwarded to Wix during the order processing.

This data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR to ensure payment processing.

 

4. Online Marketing

4.1 Facebook Pixel

4.2 Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads to display targeted advertisements on external websites and measure the effectiveness of our advertising measures. Google sets cookies for a limited time, which collect information about your interaction with our ads.
