Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they were or will be delivered together;
on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the last good, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the last partial consignment or the last item, if you ordered goods delivered in multiple consignments or pieces.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact me by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) stating that you wish to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you selected a more expensive delivery method), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which I receive your notification of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for this refund.

I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

This must be done immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify me of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Liability for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
